Quailwood Animal Hospital has been providing service to the Tifton area for 46 years.  Dr. Larry O’Neal Branch was born and raised in Tift County. In 1979, two years after graduating from the University of Georgia with his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, he opened the doors to Quailwood Animal Hospital.  For the next 7 years, Dr. Branch worked endlessly as the only veterinarian, leaving him on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It was not until 1986 that he was able to hire another associate veterinarian part-time to help with the workload. Today, he currently works alongside three terrific veterinarians willing to help his practice grow and flourish. Those veterinarians are Dr. Jennifer Davies, Dr. Lauren Exum, and Dr. Payton Posey Smith. He also employs a large full time and part-time support staff including receptionists, vet technicians, vet assistants, kennel technicians, and groomers. Quailwood Animal Hospital has also undergone numerous expansion projects since the opening in 1979. We hope to continue to grow and serve our community to the fullest potential. ​
